When you book a place on one of our First Aid courses, not only will you learn lifesaving skills, you will also be given the option to purchase a bee friendly tree which will be planted in Cumbria on your behalf.

Here at SHN Training Services Ltd we are passionate in playing our part in saving the Planet and that’s why we have set up Save a Life Save the Planet. When you book a place on one of our First Aid courses not only will you learn lifesaving skills you will be given the option to purchase a bee friendly tree which will be planted in Cumbria on your behalf. You can even come along and plant the tree with us if you like. We will send you the coordinates for where the tree has been planted and you can help check on its progress.

We are super keen to get the future generations involved so if you are a school, a nursery or any childcare setting get in touch, we are always looking for new areas to plant some of our trees. Let the children decide which tree and they can name it and watch it grow.

How it Works

When you book onto one of our First Aid courses, for just £10 you get to choose 1 of 5 bee friendly trees which will be planted in Cumbria.

  • Rowan
  • Crab Apple
  • Maple

Do you have some land where you wouldn’t mind our trees being planted? Please get in touch, we are looking for land all over Cumbria for the trees to be planted.
